freckles' diary

I've been very busy the last couple weeks with my practicum, but I'm finished for now and I have a few days off until I'm back to school on Monday. It looks like it's finally turning into spring over here. I actually went on a long walk this morning without a jacket!!! Hurray! I'm sooo ready for warmth, and sun, and freckles. It was my sweetie's birthday on March 8th. Instead of going out I made his favourite (tacos) and brought home a yummy coconut cupcake (I think that part was more for me than him hehe).

October 3rd, 2010 our best friends little girl, Scarlet, was born; today she is one year old! It is so hard to believe it has been a full year since we got the text, "it's a girl!!" and rushed to the hospital to meet her.  So, happy birthday sweet girl we love you lots and lots. Happy Father's Day to my wonderful dad!! Early Sunday morning coffee on the deck with my dad is one of my favourite things. AND Happy birthday to my beautiful mom!! Love you guys lots. xo
