Anniversary Adventure

While Jordan and I were in Switzerland we had a wonderful opportunity to get a ride with some friends to Bruges, Belgium. Of course we couldn't pass that up! Jordan had spent time living in Belgium (and lots more of Europe) right after high school, and he has been wanting to share that experience with me since we met. 
It was kind of perfect timing too because it was right around the same time as our 5th wedding anniversary :).
We had a 4 day incredible whirlwind anniversary adventure through Bruges, Brussels, and Paris. It was more than I could have imagined.
I got to try a mitraillette, liege waffle, and Floris fruit beer at Delirium Tremens; and, I finally got to explore The Louvre!

I'm not really sure how it happened. I seem to have blinked my eyes and all of a sudden I'm closer to 30 than I am to 20. I definitely don't feel that old, but I look at the year on my drivers license and it is true. I am now 26 years old. So far my 20's have been amazing. I started dating my husband when I was only 20, got engaged when I was 23 and married to him when I was 24. I completed 5 years of University and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with distinction from Uvic and lived with my best friend while doing it.
